TALLY HO, WHERE'D YOU GO?

This 19th century knock-out about knocked me off my seat when I discovered it online. I immediately knew I had to post a teaser on my Facebook and Twitter pages so FRESH fans could mutually admire (aka drool).

And my inkling was correct. The teasers tempted and tantalized, encouraging several followers to contact me directly for the details. I happily obliged. Unfortunately I am not a real estate agent and since it was not posted to realtor.ca I didn't have access to the price. Luckily, I was able to share the link to the virtual tour and the associated address.

As it turns out, one of my fans contacted the listing agent in the days following the teaser posts and were informed 6 Tally Ho had SOLD before it was even listed! The carrot was dangled and cruelly removed.

I only assume that the offer was AMAZING (told over $1.5MM) as this FRESH listing would surely have generated multiple bids with its ridiculously good looks, incredible character and supremely private lot.

This whole event was rather 'exciting' but was also an eye opener for me. I was reluctant to share the full link to this property as I have had my hands 'slapped' by the broker community for scooping properties before they are officially listed. My belief is, "If if I (you) can find it online, I (we) can share it." Why should someone miss out on another opportunity like Tally Ho because of politics? So from now on I won't be reluctant and neither should you. I will continue to 'tease' to keep peace but if you like what you see, send me a message and I will divulge all I know.
